Youth News 

Youth Membership is on the up at PYC, with the records showing that this Group has grown the most over the past year.  A number of our younger members are crewing on boats in the MSC and the efforts of Vernon Goss and Hugh Turpin in promoting a young PYC Lipton Team will do sailing in Durban endless good. 

Rudy McNeill is currently training members of the RSA Optimist Squad at the Club - you will have seen them exercising in amongst the tents in the Dinghy Park and on the water.

There are National representatives from NorthVaal and the Eastern Cape in their midst. Well done to John Gaughran (KZN Optimists) and Rudy (Optimist National Coach) for organising this! Sail Africa hold their next Supervised Sailing Family Day at the Club from 09H30 on Sunday 18 July. All are welcome to join in.

On that same weekend a number of the PYC Youth will travel with the PYC Youthful to ZYC to compete in KZN Laser Provincials.
